Oil pressure drop a few points

2016 ram hemi, 200000 mi. I drive everyday 200-250 a day I keep it maintained. On way home stop for a few min then get back and start it makes a loud clicking noise then stops. On way home looking at gauges op is usually 50, it drops to 45, 46, 47 I checked oil it was good but where the oil is put in it looked like some was spilled all over but I don’t watch when the oil is changed. It was freezing rain this morning and cold all day.
