Ok help please this truck is driving me crazy

Ok 2013 ram 1500 5.7 hemi...truck started misfiring and back firing spitting and sputtering..replaced plugs same thing replaced coil packs same needless to say everything pertaining to fuel air mixture has been replaced now when you crank sometimes it is hard to crank won't idle unless foot on gas sometimes power is fine no backfiring or nothing but others it has no power ..I think someone also put something in my tank could that cause what is going on?

Odds are you might need a camshaft and lifters.

No check engine light? I'm assuming that if so, you would have led with that.

If so, what codes are present?

It would be very strange for it to run like that and not set any codes.

There are a lot of possibilities, so if no codes whatsoever, you should probably check live data pids, like the short/long term fuel trims, oxygen sensor data, crank cam correlation.

Though, I cant imagine a scenario where those would be off enough to not run, and still not set any codes.

What makes you think someone put something in your fuel tank? If there is real evidence that this is the case, I'd definitely not be cranking the engine until a drain, clean and refill.
