2015 6.4 Most of the Codes speak of a short (Low Voltage) - I suspect a bad bit of wiring (or vacuum leak) on the 5V rail but I don't have a clue where to start - anyone else have an experience like this?

Is it just happening in mornings are all the time? What does the 6.4 have for the MAP sensor?

It's Constant - haven't research the MAP Sensor yet I hope to check for shorts this weekend
