p2311 p2317 adn p2320

I have a dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi 2005 and torque show p2311 p2317 adn p2320, I replaced all spark plug and ignition coils, I replaced harness too. Now I can see that p2311 is cylinder number 4, ignition coil plugg show12v, the same in p2317 (cylinder number 6) and p2320 (cylinder number 7) all the remaining cylinders show 1v and works good, is possible problem in the ECU?
