My 2014 express already showing suspension rust. You know, the rust on the rear axle and stuff. It bothers me lol. Anyone here clean their suspension or paint rears, frame, ect?? Or is it just me. If so, what did you use?

I did it on my old truck.
Just regular old rattle can paint.
Knock the rust off first and clean it as good as you can.
After that, cheap foaming tire shine makes it look great again after every wash.

I used to mix up some WD-40 and tranny fluid 50-50 in a spray bottle and hit my jeep with it in the fall and spring. Not in the driveway tho, cause it would drip for a day or so. Really kept the surface rust at bay and made everything look new.

Yeah that def sounds messy. I may just clean it up a and rattle can it like mjd did. It's only that surface stuff you get with new cars so hoping to make it look good before it's too late.

my truck came with an undercoat which is nice, looks mint underneath. in the past ive used duplicolor undercoat spray cans and it worked great. or duplicolor spray bedliner works good also. it sucks as a bedliner but works good as a durable paint.

Good idea. Although I kinda want it to be glossy though. Maybe undercoat then gloss black overtop.

Por 15 or Chassis saver, I use both. They bind to rust and use it to bond. Before and After below. The stuff is amazing, encases the rust and the rust becomes inert. The rust will not corrode when it is encased in these paints. Chassis Saver is what Stacey David used on Ted Nugent bronco. This advice is so good I should charge you for it :)
