22021 Dually Dsl Mega cab blind spot has not worked since the second day I got the truck needs rear taillight module replaced part has been on order since the second week in May. Occasionally the brake light or turn signal on that side doesnt work so you have to take out the light and play with the connection and then will work again for a while. Have been to the dealer a couple of times and I know it is not their fault but this is ridiculous 5 months and you cant get a taillight for a new truck. Last trip service manager said there is one in the US its in Colorado he was hoping to get it but that was a week ago and have heard nothing. I cant imagine what people with warranty issues that cant still drive their vehicles are doing. I sure hope that companies have learned something from this and someday the supply chain gets fixed.

If you have directional issues that is a safety isssue. Have you discussed a loaner vehicle while they wait on parts? If they say no I would certainle escalate with corp. Can even get some assistance here @RamCares

Yes i agree. This is a safety issue. Escalate

Welcome to the "new normal". EVERYTHING is hard to get and over priced right now, you are not alone... They are not including the blindspot detection on (most) new trucks now because they can't get the parts.
