Parts for 2003 Ram Single Cab

I am going to upgrade my 2003 Ram single cab to give to my grandson. Where would you recommend I get a new replacement dashboard and radio that will cleanly fit into the slot. The radio died a long time ago. Dashboard broke up like peanut brittle during an A/C repair. How much should I expect to pay for a reupholster job?

Also the wiper washer motor died a while back as well.

Radio: I might still have a plug and play OEM head unit if you're interested.
Seats: you can just buy the seat covers and do it yourself. The lower and upper cushions come off ridiculously easy and are easy to recover and reinstall. Not like the old days with hog rings, etc.
Wiper motor: I'd just look for one on Rockauto.
