Put a claim through your ins company, they’re pretty good at determining causes of accidents.

What are you talking about? That's the strongest brake line I've ever seen!Glad no one was hurt.
I think that brake line was hurt though.
Exactly what we're the " associated damages" that made it not covered under warranty?Based on images and associated damages deemed not a warrantable failure
That brake line is holding the whole thing together, The red neck fix is weld the hell out of the ball joint. , But looks like the last welder was MIA or drunk.Glad no one was hurt.

My dads 1958 Buick Special . I was driving it , it was in the fall of 1962 . My mom had sent me to a dairy farm to pick up a couple gals. of milk . Dirt road , had just went thru a cattle guard , and it came loose , thankfully I was going slow . My dad thought otherwise being I was a young teenager .Literally never heard of that happening.
Dad had the same thing , enough chrome and steel in that to make 4 cars now, and that auto transmission, no gears changes in it almost like a cva or what ever its called. Yes it was an automatic, they were called a Dynaflow transmission.Dad had the same thing , enough chrome and steel in that to make 4 cars now, and that auto transmission, no gears changes in it almost like a cva or what ever its called. Only thing happened was bending the rear sway bar powering around a corner one time.
I thought Dodge had a problem with Ball joints once before many years ago...
On what grounds?I agree its unacceptable but claiming the warranty wont cover the repair.
