Passenger Lights won't turn on

I replaced the bulb and I thought it was just my car but I seen another lights looked the same as mine is this a fuse problem or another electrical issue?

I had same problem on drivers side a few years back.
Mine is a 2013.
turned out to be a wiring harness at the back of the head light, make sure there tight and clean, check all the wires on head light,

That might be it the old bulb must've melted the bulb housing so it may need a new one it's after market so should I just buy a new kit?
