I'm looking for a performance shop that specializes in giving a 2005 hemi beast-like horsepower.
Right now I have a cold air intake, dual magnaflow exahusts, aftermarket shorty headers, and a diablo tuner. Also a BDS 6" lift sitting on 35" mud grapplers.
The shops I've been working with are general repair/mechanic shops and lack the experience to get me to the next level. I don't have the experience to know precisely what needs done or in what order.
I know I'd like to get a cam/heads package with a bolt kit and most likely roller rockers. I'd want the stuff installed, dyno'd, and custom tuned. (i'm running stock 91octane diablo tune right now, and its puking) It needs to be tough, very tough, and reliable. I want whoever is working on it to work under the assumption that it will see WOT every day. These are things I've found based on talking with others as a good place to start adding horsepower and reliability. Though I'd want someone with specialized knowledge about this truck and this engine to help me get where I want to go.
When I had my headers replaced, I had bolts falling out after a thousand miles and various exhaust leaks. (which I'm still plagued with)
I want a shop that stands behind their work, and will make sure this is done right. I'm tired of dealing with people taking my money and not performing the service required.
Is there such a shop out there?
