Phantom Headlights

Got a bit of an odd one. I have a 14 Sport with the self dimming mirrors. I'm getting duplicate images of the headlights in the drivers mirror but the other mirrors are fine. Looks like a car behind me has 6 headlights. The further the car is back the further the images are apart.

Anybody else?

I've noticed my driver's side mirror is blurry while the rest seem clear. Don't recall whether or not I see multiple lights.

My drivers side mirror does the same as yours. Never bothered me much though.
