I was looking to start a post vehicle post and came across this.
I only have a few pics, so i'll list my priors to the best of my memory.
1987 Honda civic - lowered
1994 Honda civic - where to start, slight lowering, swapped, fully built motor, custom (built by me, tuned elsewhere) turbo street sleeper killer. Never saw it's full potential (550whp) prior to yanking the motor and selling it so I could swap a stock (ish) motor in and give the car to my younger brother. He lost his vehicle.
1994 civic sedan wheels, lowered- sold
2000 Honda Accord sedan family car at the time - sold
1999 Durango 5.9 - new family vehicle - gave to ex-wife
2001 Dakota 4X4, leveled and 32's - sold
2004 Ford Explorer - sold to purchase a new house
2000 F-150 - 4" fabtec lift wheels, tires Flowmaster,etc. Sold for
2004 Silverado 2500 HD 8" lift, 20" Rockstars, 37's....Lost due to an Oil tanker T-boning me in an interesection, He ran it. My rear lift blocks were found a block up the street. The 360 was fun, Just glad I was alone.....
Replaced with a 2005 Infiniti G35 sedan. Mild engine mods(well thought out, nissan did their homework), 3.5 LSD gearing, coilover suspension, several wheel/tire set-ups....Car drove lke a dream..300hp, 280ft lbs tq handled like it was on rails and loved to get sideways (w/VDC off).
Sold that to get my current (fav) vehicle.
My 2005 Ram 1500 Hemi, fully loaded, (not sure trim, but leather, sun roof, power everything, yadda yadda).
Spectre intake, Diablo predator tuner, lift, 35's. Very happy. Happy to be back in a truck. ...Best of all, the truck I wanted back in 2005, but couldn't justify the high payment. Couldn't be happier..
Few pics ...G35 showes the test fit of the wheels and suspension adjustment then the final wheels prior to selling.
