Been playing around with this program more out of intrest/learning than anything else, you have to give in a load of parameters and then it calculates the best theoretical header dimensions.

On to the questions:

Anyone know the exhaust port centreline lentgth? (3.2" is just a guess)

It asks for when peak RPM happens, any ideas? (2003 392 stroker with stock valvetrain) (put it at 5500rpm, just a guess)

What about volumetric efficiency, how does one determine this? Can it be calculated from the data you get through diablo predator dataloggin?

Looks like the list you have there is for a shop making a set of 1 off headers.

That's exactly what it is, pipemax is a header/exhaust design program. You give in all the data in the top boxes and then it gives you optimal primary diameter/length, collector diameter/length, x pipe location,...

Just playin around with it (only costs 50$) making my own headers would be too labour intensive, but adapting a pair of longtube pacesetters I might do.

Anybody happen to know the length of the primary tubes (flange till START of collector) on a set of pacesetter longtubes? The diameter of the pacesetter primary tubes is identical to what the program says, but can't find any data on the length of the primary tubes? Considering adapting a set of pacesetters to try and get as close to pipemaxe's suggestions as possible.

If anyone has any info on the inputs I still need, all advice is greatly appreciated (VE, exhaust centerline, peak hp rpm)
