The batteries died and i replaced them. The truck went haywire and running rough, no start, loping hard and through codes at immediate start up. Cleaned the grounds and replaced battery cables since they were in bad shape. Still did it. Replaced the TIPM thinking that was it after some diagnosis but still did it. Hit the relief valve and it ran fine for about a month and started doing it again. Removed the chip and put back to stock and ran fine since. I had this chip on the truck for 15 years. I bought a new chip (same chip) still does it. I replace the rail sensor and relief valve also. My chip is a TS performance which all you do it is unhook rail sensor and i believe the intake pressure sensor and that's it. I'm starting to believe it may be the ECM. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Don’t mean to be a smart-***…. But it must be the “chip” you installed. When you put it back to “stock” it ran fine. Seems to be that’s the way it was designed.
Some times it really Is the Obvious.

I agree but that's what is throwing me. I've had the chip on the truck for 15 years without problems. I found some corrosion on the old chip so, I bought a new chip and it does the same thing. That's why I'm thinking it may of lost a file in the ECM.
