Possible leak???

So i bought this 2008 DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB 2WD SXT 140 from a dodge dealership yesterday and i think there is a leak? I like to see what you all think any help is appreciated has 99k miles and i have 3 year or 35k mile warranty.

Unless your OCD.....that's pretty dry.
Just check your fluids on a regular basis but I see nothing to warrant action myself.

Based on the picture and the motor being a 4.7 it appears that the rear main seal is seeping. See if the oil is hitting the ground while parked. If it's not hitting the ground it's not a leak in my technical opinion but a seep.

I would clean it up really good and monitor the situation. Like @Marley said, I don't see anything that is detrimental to the operation of the vehicle. Put some miles on it and enjoy your new wheels.
