Potential Steering Issue

Hey guys, so this has been happening for quite sometime... maybe as long as I can remember.. but When I’m stopped or reversing slowly the truck makes this sound coming from underneath. I’ve had 0 issues and the steering feels great and has worked perfectly. I’m just wondering if this is normal or could be cause for concern

I think your electric rack and pinion assembly is making that noise.
