Community members,

I plan to have parts shipped to the dealership for up-fitting. How far can I take this? I know that Banks will fly if the dealer installs, but Banks doesn’t offer anything that is going to get me into that 400whp 1000lbft territory?

Would greatly appreciate some input and advice concerning the above, as well as; stealth modules, Banks Monster exhaust, leveling kits and turbos

Thanks for taking the time of you got it

Firstly, how do you know that I do not have an HO motor, and secondly, why would this negate warranty concerns?

Thanks for the comment, interesting.

HO Cummins ma,especially 410Hp and 1075 left from the factory, though you mention "whp".

First of all, "Banks" isn't going to get you anywhere alone so don't waste your money on his products. There is no "exhaust" to speak of on your truck, the emission system is the exhaust so there is nothing to change there unless you are planning on deleting it all. Also, you are at or pretty close to your goals already, And if that isn't enough your only real option is custom tuning (which will void your warranty like pretty much every other mod will). Custom tuning a 23 will be a challenge to say the least and be extremely expensive.

Yeah, that’s what I suspected. Basically run the truck through the warranty, and perform a full weight reduction. How about leveling the front? I’m in the northeast, the truck is not used for hauling, yet (it does have hauling in the future) , so far it’s been a Swiss Army knife. Leveling kits are good? Are there any adjustment you would make to a newer truck?

Leveling is pretty straight forward. There are great options from Thuren and Carli (if you are looking for the best), or you could do a simple spacer but I've never been a fan of those personally.

Thanks for the tip, I’m going to move forward with the leveling kit as soon as possible. I priced some tires, astronomical cost

Tires have almost doubled in price since the "covid" economy adjustment... I am ready for a new set myself and found the receipt from my last set and they are nearly double the cost now.

That doesn’t bode well as I usually opt for quality parts when it comes to my tools. What are you installing on?
