Just picked up 2017 Laramie which is supposed to have 6 way power passenger seat--I cna only get it to work 4 ways--is the sticker and brochures wrong or am I missing something---thanks

So what function do work?

Four basic functions are back, forward, back tilt and bottom cushion tilt.

The other functions are raise seat and lower seat. Those operate on the forward and back center control. You just lift up on it in the center to raise the seat, push down on the center to lower the seat.

button operates seat bottom forward and backward and that is all it does---other lever tilts the seat back forward and backward--no up or down on the seat itself--

Forward, back, up, and down and then seat back tilt forward and back????

Seat goes forward and back--seat back tilts forward and tilts back--the seat does not go up or dowm---the horizontal button only goes back and forth

That is what I thought--don't want to start ******** about it to local Ram dealer since I didn't buy it from him--has recalls not done so I figured I would make a list before I make an appointment

After numerous emails to Chrysler and not being able to talk to tech at Chrysler I was told that the passenger seat lumbar is what is included in the 6 way power seat---I disagreed and they said also that the 10 way driver seat also included the lumbar--but if you include the lumbar it is actually a 12 way seat. The service manager at dealership also agreed with me as his Laramie is the same way---don't know what Chrysler will do--just have to wait and see---maybe if enough contact Chrysler something might get done---surely I am not the only one who has this problem
