Fixing power seats 4th Gen

I have a 2016 RAM 2500 Lonestar tha came with electric driver seat and manual passenger seat both with heat; I installed seats from a 2016 Laramie both electric with heat and ventilation. The passenger seat is working well moving as demanded and heat (ventilation is not) but driver seat only works lumbar support and heat, the driver seat does not move forward or backwards either the seat or the backrest.
Has someone had similar issues?

I’m in Houston, if not possible to fix it myself, does anyone knows who can si contact for fixing it? Thanks

That connector you're pointing at it for rear heated seats.
