Power steering pump problems

I have a 2003 ram 1500 Hemi rcsb. I've had to replace the whole front end including the whole power steering assembly. I've had a few issues with it, I had to replace the pump like 3 months later. Once again I have to do something because it just simply doesn't work. I have 35s on there now so maybe that could be the issue. I had 33s before the pump went out the second time. Is there a solution where I can get a heavier duty power steering pump or what? Thank you for any response.

I contacted him and asked him if that could be a problem but he said no.
