So, let me get this straight. I can put this in my 2015 Express QC (15600 miles) and the only thing that won't work is tpms, which I really don't care about. Drove 43 years without one. Lol. If so, I might be interested. What is involved with install?

Correct. Tpms just displays -- at each tire. No big deal at all

For install, remove two screws on the black plastic cover, the two screws on the cluster itself.. Pull cluster out, disconnect the wire harness, swap new cluster in.

15 minute install. Hardest part is lining up the screw holes on the plastic cover with the cluster! Easy peasy!

Yes it will work in a 2013 or 2014 with no issues. Everything including the TPMS will work as it should.
