Pre cat o2 sensor

I have a 98 ram 1500 with the 5.2 v8. I want to delete the cat but the front o2 sensor is on the cat. So I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how and where to move the sensor to.

You have a few options:
1. Cut rear of the cat, knock it out with rebar to hollow it or cut into the cat from the bottom and weld it back up after hollowing
2. Jegs y pipe
3. Weld in your own pipe to replace the cat and either weld an 02 **** in the factory location on that pipe or user an AEM clamp on ****
