It belongs to a class of additives called chlorinated paraffins, there is nothing better at adding lubricity, the downside it it is like adding chlorine to your engine. Makes your engine so sound smooth, use it myself once upon a time, but there are risks and generally these additives have fallen out of favor with the industry.

I used Duralube years ago.They said every 50k back then and later years they said pour it in at oil changes. Stopped using it.Probably never worked anyway.

I would say all that **** you put in your engine to make it last longer and BLA BLA is all ********,and cost a lot of money. Remember that crap it was called slick 50 all you need is a high guilty engine oil. Remember we don't drive race cars or maybe we think we do
