Quad to Projector help

I had done the swap years ago. It appears on of my conversion modules has gone bad. I don’t remember who I bought them from, but there are 2 purple electric modules made of aluminum.
I bought the Retroshop ones last week, but they’re flickering the HIDs which didn’t happen previously. I replaced the bulbs & ballasts to no avail.

What am I missing here?
