questions for a 6 inch lift

Hey guys im looking into buying a 6 inch rough country lift and i just have some questions, when you get a lift like that does it come with everything you need like i wont uave to buy and steering or other extensions? And you still use the stock front coils and struts? Just want to make sure theres nothing else i need when buying a lift. Also will rims wiyh zero offset fit?truck is a 2006 ram 1500 5.7 SLT Thanks!

I have the rcx 6" lift and it came with everything needed.. if you look on rough country's website it'll tell you the recommended backspacing of the wheels.. And I'd listen to what they say.. I got the backspacing they said and I can just barely get my fingers between the tires and the knuckle that comes with the lift so it's no joke lol
