I’m currently running 275/60/20s, will 275/65/20 fit with stock suspension setup. It’s 32.99” vs 34.01” same width.

Yes, but it would look better with Bils at 1.4” or 2.1”

Should fit just fine stock. That size is barely 1" taller than stock, so 1/2" more at the axels.
