It really depends on how much money you have to burn on "luxury items", as the Power Wagon package already comes with all the really necessary (mechanical) stuff like lockers, gears, winch and swaybar disconnect.
I think the only real options are limited to the SAT/NAV, Stereo package, a sunroof and the upgraded headlamps. I got everything but the Sunroof, and the up-optioned touch screen, NAV and everything are simply incredible. Very easy to use (even for an older guy) and are a perfect blend of old and new tech. Meaning, all the functions for the radio and heating / AC are redundant, with the ability to either go fully touch screen, voice navigation, etc. but at the same time, there are standard dial knobs that handle the same functions such as volume & fan speed control. Then there are the buttons on the back of the steering wheel spokes.
Anyway, either way you get a great truck. If you are looking to save some cash, are really old school or fear modern gadgets, then skip the big screen, big stereo and Terminator eyeball headlamps. If you want to fully explore the modern offerings in luxury and technology, step up.
Problem I see is you may have a hard time finding one on the West Coast. I could only find three in Northern Idaho. One fully loaded in white, and a Black and a Burgandy one without the add ons. You can find them by searching Power Wagon on Ebay. The dealer had been running them on there for sale.
With blind luck, I stumbled into mine up at Hunter Dodge in Lancaster, CA. It was hidden in plastic, up on the roof in the off loading area. It had just been received and hadn't even been prepped or put on the dealer inventory list yet when I grabbed it.
Oh, and in my first 5k miles, I've also averaged about 17 mpg Highway, 14 City. You may see more if you keep your foot out of it, never go over 72 mph (it really noses over quick after that point) and stay out of strong winds.
Good Luck! And post up what you find and pics if you get lucky and can make a purchase on one.
Good Luck!
