RA4 nav maps

Just curious.... Has anyone heard of porting updated Garmin maps and POI's over to the RA4 NAV? Sounds like the OEM map updates are woefully out dated / old maps.

Pretty sure the OEM RA4 maps are Garmin.

If I had a spare radio to set up on a bench, I would try it, but not gonna brick the one in my truck for a "Hold my beer" moment.

I am pretty sure that your Ram's 8.4 AN radio maps come from
Navigation com, under that company, there is a company called
WeGo Here or Here WeGo

They charge something like $140 for either just a software copy or USB copy.
The maps you recieve are usually a year late.

It is best to go down load free maps to your phone, & i THINK mirror the maps onto your radio screen
