Radio and climate control not working

I have a 2017 Ram Laramie. My radio works, sound is coming out of the speakers but I cannot adjust the volume with the dial. I am able to adjust it on the steering wheel. I also have no control of my fan speed or climate control. It will not activate my heated seats or steering wheel.

Have you pulled the bezel around the radio and controls to see if maybe your controls (below the radio?..assuming an 8.4 inch) or along the sides (12 inch) came unplugged?

I have that same problem cant control radio or ac with knobs only with screen and srearing wheel i have checked all is pluged and fuses are good
