Comfort and Media Control Issue While Driving

I would like to know if others with the large screen display on the 2023 Laramie 2500 also experience this issue in cold weather driving and changing settings. When starting after overnight cold weather, the steering wheel heat and heated seats automatically go on with the seats on the highest level. I would prefer the lowest level but that's not my issue. As I drive away and the seats get too warm I switch to the comfort control screen to adjust or turn off the seats and then push the button to go back to media only to get a screen that says You Cannot Do That While The Vehicle is Moving. I have to come to a stop before I can change to media. On one long trip last March it happened at the beginning of the drive and rather than pull off the freeway I waited until I stopped 5 hours later to be able to change channels. Stays on the comfort controls setting until I stop moving.

Is this normal and just more government oversight or is something amiss with my 12 inch screen? Sometimes the channel I was listening to changes overnight one setting too but I can live with that.
