Radio Loud After Bluetooth

When playing audio book via my tablet through Bluetooth, I have the volume up high on both the tablet and the truck audio in order to hear it.
When I restart the truck, the audio automatically switches from the Bluetooth to an AM radio station and comes on at extremely high volume.
I try to remember to turn the truck audio way down when shutting down after listening to Bluetooth but often forget.
Anyone have a similar experience or are there any fixes?

Go into ur radio menu and there should be a Bluetooth/imput volume. I have mine set to max. Do you use an android or I phone?

Make sure the volume is turned up all the way on the phone too
