First world problem here. My radio randomly loses it presets. Does anyone know if they have an update for this yet? My dealer is useless. I know it doesn't seem like much, but when you pay 80k for a truck, you kind of expect everything to work properly! Not that it probably matters but it is a 2022 3500. I am sure it's the same radio they put into a lot of different vehicles.

Yes, there is an update to v26.17. See this thread. Might want to start at post 65. I installed it via USB onto my 22 2500 Monday. Worked great. I was not really having any issues though, so can't say it if will fix yours or not.

Not sure on my truck becasue I am the only one that drives it, but on the Jeep, the radio presets are part of the memory function. So for instance. my memory coded to the door switch is 2, my wife is 1, because it is her car. When I set the seats etc to 2 the presets on the radio switch to what I set them at. On 1 they match what my wife set. Once we figured that out, it helped a bunch.

Have never had an issue with either vehicle losing preset channels.
