Is there a replacement option for an aftermarket Stereo that will look OEM?

Need more info on your truck. I have a 2018, 2500 tradesman and I installed an aftermarket head unit I bought of Crutchfield. There a plenty of YouTube videos you can watch to help with the install.

It looks about as good as the 2018 stock head unit doesm
