Stereo upgrade from plain factory to a UConnect 5.0 VP2.

I bought a Uconnect 5.0 vp2 stereo but what else do I need to swap out my plain original radio and use my cell phone hands-free? Someone said I need the rear view mirror and a harness for a microphone? Is that it or something else and when I need to get the truck flashed to add the options?

Also, is this the stereo I would need for a backup camera? If I bought the tailgate camera but I also need a different wiring harness and what else inside the truck would I need?
