2009 gen 4 ram Got a problem with my radio volume when its cold outside 32deg or colder i cant adjust the volume everything else works, after the heater is on for a while and warms up some in the truck it works fine. Turning the dial when cold the volume jumps down a notch or two and wont go up or sometimes it goes to 0 and stays there until it warms up, Anyone have this problem before ?
