I flew to Texas to buy my 2022 Ram 2500 Longhorn. My understanding with Ram Care is that I got 4 "free" (only cost $70k) oil changes as part of the 2 year Ram Care that came with the truck at purchase. Scheduled my first oil change today and the local (Montana) dealer said they've never heard of it. Called Ram Care and they stated this was only for vehicles purchased in Texas. Well..... I did purchase it in Texas. In the "terms & conditions" it says that service has to be performed at FCA US LLC dealership. Ok.... my local dealer IS a authorized FCA US LLC dealership. So why aren't they honoring the oil change redemption? Should I continue to press? Anyone have experience with this and came out happy?

If the contract doesn't specify "Texas dealers only" then I would press it to see what happens but then again, I dont mind being that thorn in the side lol.

Well it does specifically mention to be eligible “it is open to residents of the state of Texas” in the language. So being a Montana resident you don’t qualify.
