I recently Purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Hemi-etorque Bighorn.
While washing the headlights I noticed a slight hole behind the lens of the driver side headlight that appeared to be a burn hole. I called into the dealership and they explained it was to prevent the headlight lens from fogging…..I am looking for a second opinion here to confirm what they are telling me…..Here are two pics.
thanks in advance for any thoughts on the subject
-Pete

Is there a hole in the same spot on the passenger side, cause that’s probably enough right there to call ********.

Nope…hole is only on driver’s side….thats why I question the dealership’s response.

No, that's not normal. Dealership is blowing you off for some reason. Have them show you the same hole on any other truck on their lot. But even if you can convince them that it's not normal, your problem could then be in proving it was like that when they sold it to you.

They really need to go back to allowing some level of assault when someone is doing you wrong. Sometimes a guy just needs a swift kick in the nuts.
