I'll change it to that, I think that more people will be able to participate with that.

WHAT? I just got my ass sniped??? :Boo:

And I drove all the way out to the water line just for a nice shot... Oh well, got the first houseboat of the season out motoring around.

Guess I took too much time playing around in the Dune hills comparing the 1500 to the Power Wagon since I am usually in it.

Jeeze, you guys. Half the time, no one posts here for a full week, and then you guys go and grab it 20 minutes before I can get home and load up the shot! ArhghhhhH!

It was that, or this one...

It reminds me of what a great truck the '07 1500 still is. Very capable, and more deserving of more of my attention and time taking it out.

I will do more of that in the future.

Hey, I am proud of those badges!

I wish I could detail any of my cars at half the level I used to. Being kept outdoors and in this extreme environment we are in now, they take a beating. Bad shoulder has me barely able to wipe down my motorcycle's tank anymore, let alone buffing one of these beasts.

Wish I had a reasonable priced detailer out here. But, in this part of the world, that is basically unheard of even for nice cars. Trucks are tools and if it's (usually a collectible) worth polishing, you do it yourself and then cover it back up immediately.

Hmmm. Wonder if one of these boat shops would be interested. Come to think of it, I am sure they are polishing down the clear coat on these nice boats that are in storage out here prepping for the season. A truck would be cake compared to some of these massive cabin cruisers or polished pontoons, let alone the insanely large house boats that are kept spotless.

I'm proud of mine too! I just don't want my doors looking like a billboard, haha. it looks good having them all off except the hemi badge. and you're right, most trucks should be used as tools, and it usually is a PITA to keep em clean. If you ever become interested in polishing your truck with a dual action type polisher... the guys here at Adams can hook you up.

I bet the boat shop would be willing to fully detail and polish you're truck, but a true cut buff polish style detail takes many house and will be at least like 250-300 bucks, at least here in Texas. I think it's a smarter investment to buy a 150$ polisher and buy some good polishes. scrubbing on my truck is a good stress reliever for me and I cringe at the thought of someone else touching my truck lol.

I got to say that is a beautiful shot! Where is that? I've got to go there some day. Let's just say of your country's flag, I didn't mean to exclude our Candain brothers.
