Not sure if this question has a special thread or not.
When Dodge received my 2021 Ram 3500 from the factory I didn’t pick her up until 2 months later. I was told she was prepped and ready to go.
The rear end was super stiff and bounced off the road at the slightest bump. When I tried lowering the bed I could hear the clicking but nothing was happening. When I took her back in, the mechanic said the lowering system had to be calibrated…??? I searched the internet over for any signs of shipping brackets while in transit, I didn’t find a thing. When I got her back from the dealer the ride is MUCH smoother and the bed lowers (not much!) personally, I think they forgot to remove some kind of shipping bracket to prevent the air suspension from bouncing around.
Does anyone know if I’m barking up the right tree???
