Random Starting Issue

I have a 2005 Hemi and occasionally I have a starting issue. I turn the key and it trys to start but does not catch. If I press the gas pedal to the floor and try again if fires right up. Very random. No codes when scanned. Any ideas? Thanks

My 2006 is doing the same thing. It takes several seconds to start then runs fine. No codes. Restarts are immediate so I think it is a fuel pressure issue or maybe an injector. I only have 58K miles and did a tune up at 48K and replaced one coil pack after the PCM failed.
