Man, so you have to buy a built trans, and then pay for a tune to run it ? Is that something I can load into my DS with my Hemifever?
I've got access to CNC or manual machines to do anything I want to a housing.

No, the tuning is part of the package

$2500 if you send him your trans
and email him your original backup and last tune written (Diablo)

He sends your built trans back and emails you your modified tune, just like HF

I'm pretty sure the machining he does is a trade secret
as well as his pump and valve body modifications that add 50psi over stock line pressure
needed to hold the clutch packs together under boost.

Yes I finally got my tune about a week after I roasted the trans. go figure
I could have got it all fixed and up and running last year, but the snow was coming and I thought I would stop winter driving my Ram. that way it will last for Years!

...if I chose to drive it, it would have also needed a new set of Grapplers ($1800)

Not full time time +50 psi,
only when the tuning calls for it at key points in the shift schedules to keep the frictions held together without slip.
Slipping frictions due to lack of perfectly timed pressure = burned up frictions = dead transmission.
starting to make sense yet?

He builds Custom Ram coil over 4 link suspension systems and drops too,
6.4L Crate motor swaps, and has an awesome Twin Turbo setup on his own 09' Ram.
