Rear differential

Looking for opinions on rear differential additives. Truck just turned 100k a few weeks ago, so I did some maintenance the other day. Spark plugs, front and rear differential fluid and trans case fluid. My question is , I used amsoil for everything and it says it already has the additive for the lsd. Did you all add it anyway or call it good with what amsoil has ?

I've used both Valvoline full synthetic and Amsoil. Both labels said that additive already in fluid. I didn't add and no problems.
