Hello,

I have a 2011 1500 Big Horn without the premium sound system. I put in an aftermarket Alpine deck and an amplifier. I hooked the amp to the factory speaker wires, and everything works great. I have Polk component speakers in all four doors.

The only issue I have is that the rear doors don't reproduce the highs that the fronts do. Are there inline crossovers on the factory speaker wires? Of so, can someone tell me where they are?

Thanks!

I am not aware of any filtering on the factory lines. Are you sure your crossovers on your amp as well as the crossovers on the speakers are set the same as the fronts?

if you have the alpine system. then the front doors are mid to lows and the rear doors are mid to highs. the dash and the roof are highs
