Ok, so I have been searching and am finding nothing that's EXACT to my issue but close.

What I am having is at slow speeds (idle and just a little gas) as well as I am coming to a stop (but only near the end, like from 10-0mph), I am getting a squeak. It sounds sort-of like a rock that would be stuck between the dust-shield and the rotor rubbing, but it isn't consistent enough (it only does it, it seems, after its warmed up a little, but that may be just my imagination), or very loud. I checked for it as well, and came up with nothing.

I had someone run the truck forwards and backwards really slow while I listened and it kind-of sounding like somewhere in the rear driveshaft. I checked all the u-joints and the carrier bearing and there is no play in any of them.

My truck as 95,500 on the odometer, so it is about time to replace these parts anyways, but I don't want to spend money unnecessarily at the moment. Any more ideas on what to look for?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Here are some pics of the u-joints and carrier bearing to see if maybe someone can see something I am missing

I would spray the carrier bearing with one lube or some other non-penetrating oil and see if your squeak stops or changes. Buddy of mine had the same exact noise you are describing and that was his problem.

If that's not it do the same to the u-joints you gotta get under the rubber seals on the caps though.

Yes ^^^ Spary it with something. BUT only one at a time...spray one U-joint...move the truck...still there...move on to the next one. That will help pin point it down.
That way you don't spray them all down...squeek go away...then your like "****, what one was bad?"

That's what I am gonna try.

I am thinking that it is going to be the rear u-joint. From searching (and previous experience of others), I think the u-joint is binding. The question is, while it's all out, do I get a 1-piece shaft made locally and throw it on, or just wait...

Yes they do, the part number is 52123220AB

But, I think if I go that route, it will be cheaper actually to have a custom one made. I will be looking at costs of the stealership vs custom vs just the fix and decide from there if it is worth it at the moment

Well, just wanted to let ya'll know it seems to be fixed. I took my rear driveshaft out and had all 3 u-joints replaced and I have not heard anymore noises.

When putting my drivshaft back into the spline of the rear output shaft of the transfer case, I must have scraped the seal because now it is leaking. Looks like I will be pulling the driveshaft back out and fixing that in the next couple days...
