This is my first thread post, so bear with me please. I recently was told the rear end had to be rebuilt. This was done a few weeks ago but I'm still hearing and feeling what I call a shimmy in the rear end. Today was the worst and it happened when I backed out of my driveway this morning. I tried a few minutes later to duplicate this but could not. I'll try again tomorrow morning. In addition, when I turn sometimes, left or right, I can feel a shimmy/vibration while turning. The work was done by a local RAM dealer. I sent them a message but have not heard back. A few months ago, before the rebuild, they replaced the pinion seal and sleeve, but I had to return after that work because the rear end was making noise, and they confirmed they had not installed enough of the slip additive. Once done it seemed okay. Could they have once again failed to put in a sufficient amount of the proper fluid. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
