Rear ended swap 86 d150 to newer style

I have an 86 d150 ram and was wondering if anyone knows if I could swap it with a newer rear end. Then I’d get posi and disk brakes in the back. Has anyone done this or does anyone know if it’ll just bolt in?

might be easier just to add in the limited slip diff and a dodge B body rear disc conversion. will likely be more costly than a junk yard rear end swap but after all the fabrication needed for the swap, may be worth it.
