Rear Glass

Need any tips / Tricks to get the rear window glass out without breaking it out of a junkyard 2004 ram to put in mine…. I made a bonehead mistake and broke mine! Before you say get a company to do it I need this on the cheap!

from what I understand because i was doing the same thing as you, is that it is impossible to remove the rear glass without breaking it due to it being "incapsulated" during assembly. I have a donor truck in my possession with a perfect sliding glass that i wanted to put in my truck but three different companies said heck no. They would put a new one in but not do a swap. Even a cash money side job offer was made and they would not touch it.
