There are numerous threads on this in forum. Or U can go to Hellwig ref sway bars on how to do. On the rear, not a hard process. Up front, real PITA.

ADDED: His avatar shows a 1998 V10 truck. Not know on that, lol. Above link works for MY 19.
OP: Looks like your truck gonna be a lot more involved. Go to HELLWIG.com and look up the part for your vehicle specifically, since the suspension may be a lot different than a newer vehicle if the year ref your truck in Avatar is correct. Hellwig also sells new leaf springs to go with the sway bar you are thinking of doing, but not gonna be cheap.
