Regearing cost

I have a 2021 Laramie with 5.7 and 3.21 gears. I am installing a 2.5” front leveling kit and 1.5” rear spring perch spacer. I plan to run 34” tires (295/60/r20) on 20x9” wheels. My previous truck (Silverado) had 3.42 gears and they weren’t problematic beyond the gear searching when going uphill pulling a boat.

If I choose to regear to 3.92, what is the approximate cost? Has anyone on here done it recently with a 5th gen?
