Remote unlock/lock issues

For whatever reason my remote unlocks my door maybe 5 out of 10 times. When it doesn’t work, I need to use the key, the alarm will go off but at least I can get into the car.

Are there are any known software issues/upgrades that address this problem? Sometime ago I’ve read that certain version of the “remote unlocking module” can be upgraded to address this problem.

Yes, I’ve replaced the batteries.
